Static strenght test
The static strength test is an essential part of the structural analysis and design. Its purpose is to determine the stresses to which a component or structure will be subjected under normal operating conditions and to ensure that it will withstand them.
This proof is usually provided by calculations and experiments. The calculations are carried out to determine the stresses caused by the different forces acting on the component or structure. A variety of factors are taken into account, including the nature of the forces, their direction and intensity.
In order to ensure that the component or structure can withstand these stresses, the calculations shall show that the stresses occurring in the components are below the limit stress specified for the material in question.
Our offer for proof of strength:
Analytical strength calculation
Analytical strength testing is an essential part of the design and manufacture of machinery.
It is used to evaluate the strength of components and components, thus ensuring the stability and safety of the entire machine.
The analytical strength test consists of various calculations and tests that are carried out to determine the strength of a component or component.
Various factors, such as the load, the temperature or the duration of the load, are taken into account.
Analytical strength testing is an important tool for the design and manufacture of safe and reliable machines. It ensures that the parts and components of a machine remain stable and safe even under extreme conditions.
Linear FE-Calculation (FEM)
In the linear FE calculation, the forces and stresses in a mechanical system are calculated taking into account the strains and twists.
This calculation method is often used in mechanical engineering to check the strength and stability of welded structures.
The linear FE calculation is based on the principle of finite elements. This principle states that a mechanical system can be divided into smaller elements, which are then analyzed individually. The results of this elemental analysis are then combined to analyse the entire system.
The linear FEM calculation is a very accurate calculation method that can be used for both static and dynamic systems. However, it can only be used if the stretches and twists in the system are small. If the strains and twists in the system become too large, the linear FE calculation can no longer be used and a non-linear calculation method must be used.
The linear FE calculation is a very useful calculation method for welded structures as it is very accurate and can also be used for static and dynamic systems.
