Lifting Device FZ-81

The lifting device is used for lifting small loads up to 250 kilograms. The special feature of this device is that it consists of several sections and can be expanded as desired. Each piece weighs no more than 10 kg, which makes this construction easy to transport. The individual parts are first mounted in tilted condition. Then the still lying crane pulls itself into the upright position by its rope pull. These characteristics mean that the crane can only be operated by one person and effortlessly. The parts are mainly made of anodised aluminium.

The lifting device was designed and manufactured by us. It can be disassembled into three main parts and is used in the repair and maintenance of transformers for lifting transformer housings of different designs. It is possible to lift a maximum weight of 4000 kg. The lifting process is operated by two parallel, hand-operated hydraulic pumps. Both feet are foldable and can be stored space-saving. The feet are on two stands. One of the stands is equipped with three stands and the other with two stands. The support rests at each end on one of the two stands and is held in position with secured bolts. The main components are predominantly made of aluminium. The lifting device is set up and operated by two persons. As can be seen in the picture, the disassembled system requires little space.
